If the purchased product does not satisfy you, it can be exchanged or returned without problems up to 7 days after the date it was received, TIKA FOODS can pick it up from the place where the product was shipped.

In order to make an exchange or return, it is necessary that the product is unused, has not been opened and that it retains its original seal and packaging.

For exchange or return, the receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase must be presented.

In case of return, TIKA FOODS will pay the corresponding amount to the payment method used by the user for the initial transaction. The payment will be made within a period not exceeding 7 days from the acceptance of TIKA FOODS regarding the return, which will be informed to the User through the email that the User has registered on the Website.
