(12 units of bars approx.)
- 1/2 cup walnuts lightly toasted in the oven
- 1/2 cup of shelled and toasted almonds
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame
- 1/2 cup of cranberries
- 2.5 cups of Tika Cereal Wild Oats - Quinoa or Oats - Cocoa
- 1/3 cup honey
- Butter paper
- 20x20 mold
Line a 20x20 mold approximately with butter paper inside.
In a pot over low heat, heat the honey, once liquid add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything carefully.
Remove from the heat, pour into a mold and lightly press the ingredients so that they form an even structure. Wait for them to cool completely and cut into cereal bars.
